Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
2. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Circus Vegas reserve the right to request and carry out bag searches upon entry. You may be denied entry if you refuse a request to be searched. Please be patient when entering the circus and allow extra time when planning your visit. This is for reasons of health, safety and order. Only food and drink available for purchase at the Circus, is allowed for consumption. Customers found to be consuming their own refreshments may be refused admission or asked to leave. Should health & dietary requirements impact this ruling please contact us prior to arrival.
Customers are required to collect tickets 30 minutes before the advertised start time of the performance. This applies to all sales including phone and internet bookings. Seats must be occupied 15 minutes before the advertised start time, or we reserve the right to refuse admission. Sales by phone, by internet, and some sales in person will attract a booking fee. Booking fees may vary according to the service provided. Tickets may be available from several sources and these may have varying offers, charges, allocations or availability. Customers who arrive late to the performance may be refused immediate admission and be asked to wait until an appropriate 'break' in the running order. Eligibility for admission is subject to approval from management, their decision is final and cannot be disputed.
BOOKING BY PHONE
Our phone lines are open daily including Sundays and Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at your standard network charges.
If you reserve the tickets over the phone, tickets will be held at the circus for collection, and only the cardholder will be able to collect them, presenting the payment card used for the booking. Failure to present the correct card used for payment will result in being denied admission.
BOOKING IN PERSON
Our onsite 'Booking Office' is open every day as per the advertised times and dates. We welcome payments by cash, most major credit or debit cards, sorry our systems are not able to process American Express There is no booking fee when purchasing in person at the Box Office. In order to avoid refusal of admission please telephone us should you have any questions regarding payment methods. Those booking in person must be aged 16+, management reserve the right to ask for proof of ID.
Where appropriate, online-booking is available at all times through our website. Online tickets are available normally on the day of the performance but subject to the availability and cut of times of our ticketing partners. You will receive an email ticket and/or booking reference and this should be shown at the box office. Some ticketing partner will specifically ask to provide a PRINTED version of your ticket, in order to be admitted. It is customer responsibility to have the correct and valid form of tickets upon arrival.
A booking fee maybe charged per transaction. In the event of any transaction disputes, if you have booked your ticket via a third-party seller you MUST contact them directly. Circus Vegas has no immediate access to funds received by third-party ticket sellers.
To aid efficiency, we MAY have a collection only point to help you collect pre-paid tickets quickly and easily. To collect tickets customers will be required to present the payment card used for the booking (to cross check identity), and any form of vouchers or offers declared during the phone call. Failure to provide discount vouchers on collection, or any claimed offers during phone reservation, could lead to extra charges.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We regret we are unable to make refunds for tickets once they have been paid for. Tickets purchased at our on-site ticket office can however, be reviewed, and date changed, based on availability and at managers discretion, based on the circumstances.
Any changes applied to the original reservation incur an administration fee.
DISCOUNTS & GROUP BOOKINGS
Discount vouchers are distributed for certain performances. These must be presented at the time of purchase or declared over the phone, and eventually presented when tickets are collected. The conditions of use are stated on the voucher and such discount vouchers cannot be used with any other offer or against tickets already purchased. Discounts are available for group bookings of 10 or more people. These must be arranged and pre-paid by phoning our ticket information lines. Other special offers may be advertised and may vary by date or location. Special offers CANNOT be used in conjunction with pre-existing bookings or special offers that may have already been applied.
Children under the age of two years are permitted to sit on parent/guardian’s lap and no ticket purchase is necessary.
Children of two years and over are required to occupy a seat and a ticket must be purchased. Persons of sixteen years and more are considered adults. Children unaccompanied by a responsible adult are not permitted into the circus. In the event that staff are led to believe that the 'eligibility' of a child ticket is being falsified, management reserve the right to refuse admission.
The duration can vary and without prior notice. Light refreshments, hot food and circus souvenirs are available before the show and until the end of the performance interval. Please enquiry if you have any allergy or specific food request. We provide a parking area for prams and pushchairs at the entrance and you are welcome to leave these here at your own risk. Fire regulations do not permit prams or pushchairs within the seating areas. The Big Top is heated and climate controlled as required. The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound effects. The performance is produced with regard to eradicating physical reaction triggers. We endeavour to provide clean toilet facilities at every venue.
STILL AND VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY
Video Filming is accepted (Commercial photography and video filming is not permitted without prior agreement). You must turn off your ringer on your phone and be considerate at all times to people around you watching the performance, any one not been considerate will be informed to stop using their phone or handheld device. Flash photography is NOT allowed under any circumstances. Still photography is permitted however, we politely request that you quote 'Circus Vegas' upon publication.
FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED, THE PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED, AND WHEELCHAIR USERS
Reserved parking space are sometimes available, but not guaranteed in every location, with regard to site and health and safety restrictions, to those with mobility difficulties. Our ticket office staff are able to recommend the most appropriate seating/space for each individual. They will communicate with door staff, to alert them to any arrangements that may be required in advance of the individual going into the tent. Foyer; front of house assistants will make space available for storage of any personal belongings as necessary, within the designated area inside the foyer tent. Tent; No dogs with the exception of dogs for the disabled, guide dogs, or hearing dogs are allowed onto the circus premises. The door attendants escort every member of the public to their seats, or will advise visually to the correct area of the theatre. Circus staff are clearly identified by their uniform. Our designated wheelchair spaces are within the last row of the best seating section (Ringside) and available at a special price by calling the ticket office.
PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED GROUPS
We offer ringside seating at special rates for each person in a group, with no charge for essential helpers or carers. Please note that this facility is not available for every performance. Tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.
We welcome dogs for the disabled, guide dogs and hearing dogs. Those with a dog will be placed within the ringside seating. Water for dogs is available on request. Please inform us when you will be accompanied by your dog so that we can ensure adequate space is made available.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission. Their decision is final. Due to the hazardous nature of circus performance we reserve the right to alter the advertised programme at any time. Parents/guardians are responsible for the children in their care. Please ensure that they remain seated, do not touch or distract the performers, and take proper care at all times
